NGC 4985 is a 13.8 likes bright radio galaxy from the Hubble type S0 in the constellation of the hunting dogs .
It was discovered on April 9, 1787 by Wilhelm Herschel with an 18.7-inch reflector telescope, who described it as "vF, vS, lbM".
