NGC 960 is a spiral galaxy with an active nucleus of the Hubble type Sb in the constellation Whale south of the ecliptic . It is estimated to be 219 million light years from the Milky Way and about 80,000 light years in diameter.
The property was built in 1886 by Francis Preserved Leavenworth using a 26-inch - telescope discovered.
