NGC 963 = IC 1808 is an irregular dwarf galaxy of the Hubble type Irr in the constellation Whale south of the ecliptic . It is an estimated 66 million light years from the Milky Way and about 15,000 light years in diameter.
The property was built in 1886 by Francis Preserved Leavenworth using a 26-inch - telescope discovered.
