The game received mostly average ratings. Above all, the visual appearance of the surroundings, the handling of the carts and the rewind function were rated positively. The selection of cars included in the game, the large number of events in the challenge mode as well as the cut scenes and special effects were praised. Others found the cut scenes unsuitable for a racing game. In many reports, a "rubber band AI " is particularly criticized, which keeps the overall field relatively close together by adjusting the speeds of the opponents lying in front of or behind the player, which was mostly perceived as unfair and frustrating, but sometimes also as useful or helpful. An unusually short playing time was noted in some reviews. The story mode can be played through within 2 to 3 hours, and the game offers less than 70 available cars that cannot be modified either visually or in terms of performance, apart from the routes, only moderate variety. On the other hand, the renewed integration of the Autolog online portal is positive .
