The Primera Divisió 2002/03 was the 8th season in the history of the Andorran football league. The season started on September 15, 2002 and ended on May 4, 2003. This was the only season in which nine teams were reported.
After a preliminary round, consisting of a first and second round, the league was divided into two groups: the best four teams play in the championship round for the title and international starting places, the teams in places five to eight played off the second relegated team. Sporting Club d'Escaldes was the first to be relegated to the Segona Divisió after the preliminary round .
