Omasuyos is one of twenty provinces in the central western part of the La Paz department in the South American Andean state of Bolivia .
location
The province is located on the Bolivian Altiplano and borders in the north with the province of Muñecas , in the north-west with the province Eliodoro Camacho , in the west and south with Lake Titicaca and the province Manco Kapac , in the south-east with the province Los Andes , and in the north-east with the Larecaja Province .
The province extends between approximately 15 ° 47 'and 16 ° 12' south latitude and 68 ° 27 'and 69 ° 00' west longitude, its extent from west to east is 45 kilometers, from north to south 40 kilometers.
