Inquisivi is one of twenty provinces in the southeastern part of the La Paz department in the South American Andean state of Bolivia .

location

The province lies on the Altiplano , the South American Andean plateau, and borders in the north and northwest on the province Sud Yungas , in the west on the province Loayza , in the south on the Oruro department , and in the east on the Cochabamba department .

The province extends between about 16 ° 13 'and 17 ° 38' south latitude and 66 ° 43 'and 67 ° 30' west longitude, its extent from west to east is 75 kilometers, from north to south 145 kilometers.
