The Radeweg is a nature reserve in the town of Oberharz am Brocken in the Harz district in Saxony-Anhalt .

The nature reserve with the registration number NSG 0023 is 18.9  hectares . It is completely part of the FFH area "Radeweg bei Hasselfelde" and surrounded by the landscape protection area "Harz and Vorländer". The area has been under protection since May 1, 1961. The responsible lower nature conservation authority is the Harz district.

The nature reserve is located southwest of Hasselfelde and west of Stiege in the Harz / Saxony-Anhalt Nature Park . It places stagnant beech forest communities under protection on a plateau north of the Drechslerskopf. The beech forests are as reed grass -Buchenwald and as Harzlabkraut pronounced -Buchenwald.

Large parts of the nature reserve are characterized by forest equestrian beech forest with old red beeches. The herb layer is u. a. Formed by forest equestrian grass, bilberry , blackberry , wood sorrel , red foxglove , seven-star , whorl-leaved Weisswurz and woolly equestrian grass.

In the east of the nature reserve, large-flowered foxgloves grow on the edge of the forest as a floristic specialty. At the southern edge of the protected area, remains of a brook alder forest with real meadowsweet can be found.

The nature reserve is the habitat of the wildcat . It is surrounded by more forests. In the east it borders on federal highway 81 .
