Saulnières is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Châtaincourt in the north and north-west, Garancières-en-Drouais in the north and north-east, Crécy-Couvé in the east and north-east, Aunay-sous-Crécy in the east and south-east, Le Boullay-les-Deux-Églises in the south-east , Saint-Jean-de-Rebervilliers to the south and south-west and Fontaine-les-Ribouts to the west.
