The Castle Regnitzlosau is a abgegangenes Castle in Regnitzlosau in the Upper Franconian district of Hof .

Regnitzlosau Castle was located west of St. Aegidien Church . According to the parish description, it was a three-storey clapboard-covered building with a hall and thirteen rooms. The castle was built between 1467 and 1477 and was initially owned by the von Feilitzsch family . At the beginning of the 17th century it passed to the von Reitzenstein family . As part of the Vogtland knighthood, it was a manor with a font . The building burned down in 1848 and was demolished a little later. The Regnitzlosau tower hill, mentioned in 1390, was also in the immediate vicinity .
