Marlesreuth Tower Hill

The Tower Hill Marlesreuth is an Outbound medieval motte (moth) at 640  m above sea level. NHN directly east of the parish church Marlesreuth in the northwest part of Marlesreuth , a current district of Naila in the district of Hof in Bavaria .

The owners of the castle are the gentlemen von Grün and von Wildenstein and around 1560 Moritz von Wildenstein, who built a new building as the "Upper Castle". The facility was demolished at the end of the 18th century.

The tower hill with a diameter of about 16 meters is still preserved from the former castle complex.
