The Burgstall Thierbach is an abandoned medieval low castle at the western exit of Thierbach , a district of the market town of Bad Steben in the district of Hof in Bavaria .
The castle complex was the predecessor of Thierbach Castle, built by the von Waldenfels family at the end of the 15th century .
Nothing has been preserved from the former castle complex.
