Steineweiler is a district of the large district town of Dinkelsbühl in the district of Ansbach in Middle Franconia .
geography
There is an industrial park north of the wilderness . The Scherweihergraben and the Egelweihergraben arise there, and flow together with other streams to form the Walkenweiherbach, which is a right tributary of the Wörnitz . In the west are the forest areas Loh and Birkach. The Steineweiler Weiher is located in the Birkach. In the southeast is the Haldenfeld, in the east the Radacher Holz and the Krämerholz. The state or regional road 2218 leads to Unterradach (1.4 km southeast) or past Neustädtlein to the junction with the A 7 (2.9 km west).
history
The Fraisch over Steineweiler was disputed between the Ansbach Oberamt Feuchtwangen , the Ansbach Oberamt Crailsheim , the Oettingen-Spielberg Oberamt Mönchsroth and the imperial city of Dinkelsbühl . The village and township government had the box office Feuchtwangen held. The place made with upper and Unterradach a real community .
In 1732 the place consisted of three small estates , all of which had the imperial city of Dinkelsbühl as their landlord . Towards the end of the 18th century, the manor was in the hands of the widow of Dinkelsbühl's mayor Cronnagel and of Dinkelsbühl's citizen Samuel Michel. From 1797 to 1808 the place was subordinate to the Justice and Chamber Office Crailsheim .
In 1809 Steineweiler was assigned to the tax district and the rural community of Weidelbach as a result of the municipal edict . With the second community edict (1818), the place was transferred to the newly formed rural community of Oberradach . On April 1, 1971, Steineweiler was incorporated into Dinkelsbühl as part of the regional reform in Bavaria .
