Gersbronn (formerly also called Heißbronn ) is a district of the large district town of Dinkelsbühl in the Ansbach district in Middle Franconia .

geography

The Mutschachgraben , which is a left tributary of the Wörnitz , flows south of the village . The forest area Stadtkammerneufe is to the east, the Tigertwald forest to the south, approx. 0.5 km north of the Lichtenschlag. Approx. There is a campsite 0.5 km to the west. A community connecting road leads to state road 2220 near Mutschach (0.5 km south) or to a community connecting road (0.3 km northwest) that runs past Hopfengarten to Dürrwangen to the district road AN 41 or to Dinkelsbühl.

history

The Fraisch over Lohmühle was disputed between the Ansbach Oberamt Feuchtwangen , the Oberamt Dürrwangen in Oettingen- Spielberg and the imperial city of Dinkelsbühl . The imperial city of Dinkelsbühl ruled the village and community .

In 1732 the place of three farms which consisted in the manorial system of hospital care of the imperial city of Dinkelsbühl were under. There were also three properties at the end of the 18th century. The landlord was still the imperial city of Dinkelsbühl (hospital: 2 farms; city chamber: 1 farm).

From 1797 to 1808 the place was subordinate to the Justice and Chamber Office Feuchtwangen .

In 1809 Gersbronn was due to the municipality Edict the control district tuft hole and Rural community Lehengütingen assigned. With the second community edict (1818), the place was transferred to the newly formed rural community Hellenbach . On July 1, 1971, Gersbronn was incorporated into Dinkelsbühl as part of the regional reform in Bavaria .
