A large golf course is adjacent to the Lach corridor to the south, and the Hirtenbuck is located in the northwest. history

Knorrenmühle was first mentioned by name in the second half of the 17th century.

The Fraisch over Knorrenmühle was disputed between the Ansbach Oberamt Crailsheim , the Oberamt Mönchsroth in Oettingen- Spielberg and the imperial city of Dinkelsbühl . The place belonged to the real community Seidelsdorf . At the end of the 18th century there was 1 property. The landlord was the Oberamt Mönchsroth. From 1797 to 1808 the place was subordinate to the Justice and Chamber Office Crailsheim .

In 1809 Knorrenmühle was assigned to the tax district Segringen and the rural community Seidelsdorf as a result of the municipal edict . On July 1, 1970, Knorrenmühle was incorporated into Dinkelsbühl as part of the regional reform in Bavaria .
