Hardhof is a district of the large district town of Dinkelsbühl in the district of Ansbach in Middle Franconia .
geography
The wasteland lies on the Hardgraben (in the middle course Mühlgraben, in the lower course called Walkenweiherbach), which is a right tributary of the Wörnitz and feeds the Mühlweiher immediately west of the village. The place lies in a hilly landscape and is surrounded by arable land and grassland. In the south the corridor is called Lach, in the west Heiligenfeld. Approx. The Hirtenhölzle is 0.75 km to the northwest. The district road AN 44 / K 2646 leads past Oberhard to Buckenweiler (2 km west) or to state road 2220 near Rain (1.2 km east).
history
The place was first mentioned in 1319 as "Oedenhart".
The Fraisch over Hardhof was disputed between the Ansbach Oberamt Crailsheim , the Oettingen-Spielberg Oberamt Mönchsroth and the imperial city of Dinkelsbühl . Towards the end of the 18th century it formed a community with Buckenweiler , Oberhard and Hardmühle . The Oberamt Mönchsroth held the village and community rulership. The Ganzhof had the hospital of the imperial city of Dinkelsbühl as the landlord . From 1797 to 1808 the place was subordinate to the Justice and Chamber Office Crailsheim .
In 1809 Hardhof was due to the municipality Edict the control district Segringen and Rural community Seidel village assigned. On July 1, 1970, Hardhof was incorporated into Dinkelsbühl as part of the regional reform in Bavaria .

- House No. 1: residential stable house, ground floor saddle roof building over basement with stable, solid and half-timbered, in the core 18th century, extension 19th century; Barn, broken stone and stone house with a gable roof, 18th century, extension 19th century
- House No. 2: former farm, two-storey plastered stable house with a pitched roof and attached barn, inscribed "1807", older in the core
