mode

After Ameri Tiflis had withdrawn his team after last season and their league place had not been replaced, the season started with eleven clubs. They played against each other three times during the season. The bottom of the table was relegated to the Pirveli League.

Since Magharoeli Tschiatura had also withdrawn as champions of the Pirveli League, FC Gagra Tiflis rose to the defeat of last year's relegation.
