Valle-di-Mezzana ( Corsican Valli di Mezana ) is a municipality on the French Mediterranean island of Corsica . It belongs to the Corse-du-Sud department , the Ajaccio arrondissement and the Gravona-Prunelli canton . It borders on Sant'Andréa-d'Orcino and Cannelle to the north, Sarrola-Carcopino to the east and south and Appietto and Calcatoggio to the west .

The settlement area is about 400 meters above sea level.

history

The community used to be called "Mezzana". Part of the district went to the Afa community founded in 1852 .
