Guargualé ( Corsican Vargualè ) is a municipality on the French Mediterranean island of Corsica . It belongs to the Corse-du-Sud department , the Ajaccio arrondissement and the Taravo-Ornano canton . The residents call themselves Guargualinais .

Guargualé is 400 meters above sea level in the Taravo valley . Neighboring communities are Albitreccia in the north, Cardo-Torgia in the northeast, Urbalacone in the east, Petreto-Bicchisano in the southeast, Pila-Canale in the south, Cognocoli-Monticchi in the southwest and Pietrosella in the west.
