Ambiegna

Ambiegna is a municipality on the Mediterranean island of Corsica . It belongs to the Corse-du-Sud department , the Ajaccio arrondissement and the Sevi-Sorru-Cinarca canton . The former Route nationale 849 passes through the village and at 376 m. ü. M. Col d'Ambiegna. Neighboring municipalities are Arbori in the north, Arro in the northeast, Sari-d'Orcino in the southeast, Casaglione in the southwest and Coggia in the northwest. The Liamone largely forms the municipality boundary in the northwest.
