Valle di Cadore is a north-east Italian municipality ( comune ) with 1870 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Belluno in Veneto . The municipality is located about 38 kilometers north-northeast of Belluno on the foothills of the Antelao and the Boite ( Valle del Boite ), which is dammed up here to form the Lago di Vodo di Cadore .
