The constituency of Bersenbrück is a state electoral district in Lower Saxony . With Artland , Bersenbrück , Fürstenau and Neuenkirchen, it includes all the municipalities in the Osnabrück district . Furthermore, the city of Damme and the community of Neuenkirchen-Vörden , which are in the Vechta district, belong to the constituency.
