Zielone is a small town in the Polish Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship and belongs to the Gmina Barciany (rural community Barten ) in the powiat Kętrzyński ( Rastenburg district ).

Zielone is located in the northern center of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, 24 kilometers northwest of the district town of Kętrzyn ( German  Rastenburg ). There is no evidence of the history of the small forest settlement ( Osada leśna in Polish ). It is also not known whether the place existed before the Second World War and which German name it had.

From Silginy (Sillginnen) an impassable overland road leads to Solkieniki (Solknick) , which runs through Zielone. There is no rail connection.
