geography

Celleno is 95 km north of Rome and 18 km north of Viterbo . It lies between Lake Bolsena and the Tiber Valley in a hilly landscape with deep gorges.

The districts Acquaforte and Cava belong to the municipality.

The neighboring communities are Bagnoregio and Viterbo .
