Chiusa di Pesio is a municipality with 3622 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the Italian province of Cuneo (CN), Piedmont region .

The municipal area covers an area of ​​94 km² , making the municipality by far the largest in the area. It extends to the upper reaches of the Pesio (neighboring villages Vigna and Certosa di Pesio upstream) and to the French border.
