The Communauté d'agglomération du Gard Rhodanien is a French association of municipalities with the legal form of a Communauté d'agglomération in the Gard department in the Occitania region . It was founded on July 16, 2012 and comprises 44 congregations. The administrative headquarters are in Bagnols-sur-Cèze .

Historical development

The community association was created in 2012 through the merger of the predecessor organizations

With effect from January 1, 2017, the municipality of Saint-Laurent-des-Arbres joined the local association.

With effect from January 1, 2018, the municipality of Montfaucon left the Communauté d'agglomération du Grand Avignon and switched to the local association.
