Le Garn ( Occitan : Lo Garn ) is a French commune with 213 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Gard department in the Occitanie region (until 2015 Languedoc-Roussillon ); it belongs to the arrondissement of Nîmes and the canton of Pont-Saint-Esprit . The inhabitants are called Garnois .

geography

Le Garn is located about 55 kilometers north-northeast of Nîmes and about 30 kilometers northwest of Orange . Le Garn is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Labastide-de-Virac in the north and north-west, Saint-Remèze in the north and north-east, Aiguèze in the east, Laval-Saint-Roman in the east and south-east, Issirac in the south and Orgnac-l'Aven in the west .
