Saint-Côme-et-Maruéjols is a French commune with 790 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Gard department in the Occitanie region . The municipality belongs to the arrondissement of Nîmes and the canton of Saint-Gilles (until 2015: canton of Saint-Mamert-du-Gard ). The inhabitants are called Saint-Cômois .

Saint-Côme-et-Maruéjols is about ten kilometers west of Nîmes . Saint-Côme-et-Maruéjols is surrounded by the neighboring parishes of Parignargues in the north and northeast, Clarensac in the east, Saint-Dionisy in the southeast, Calvisson in the south, Souvignargues in the west and southwest and Montpezat in the northwest.

In the municipality there is a Celtic settlement, the so-called oppidum of Mauressip (also Mourressipe ). The settlement is dated for the Latène period .
