Crespian is located 21 kilometers west-northwest of Nîmes . Crespian is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Cannes-et-Clairan in the north and northwest, Montmirat in the north, Saint-Mamert-du-Gard in the east, Combas in the south and Vic-le-Fesq in the south and west.
