Parignargues ( Occitan : Parinhargues ) is a French commune with 678 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Gard department in the Occitanie region . The municipality belongs to the arrondissement of Nîmes and the canton of Calvisson (until 2015: canton of Saint-Mamert-du-Gard ).

Parignargues is about twelve kilometers west-northwest of the city center of Nîmes . Parignargues is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Gajan in the north, Nîmes in the east, Clarensac in the south, Saint-Côme-et-Maruéjols in the south and south-west, Montpezat in the south-west and Saint-Mamert-du-Gard in the west.
