German Formula 3 Cup 2011
The German Formula 3 Cup 2011 was the 37th season of the German Formula 3 . The season began on April 24th in the Motorsport Arena Oschersleben and ended on October 2nd at the Hockenheimring Baden-Württemberg . A total of nine race weekends took place.

Racing calendar
The racing calendar of the German Formula 3 Cup comprised nine racing weekends. Seven took place at the ADAC Masters Weekends . The racing weekend in Spa-Francorchamps took place as part of the supporting program of the 1000 km race in Spa-Francorchamps and the first racing weekend in Assen was part of the supporting program for the Superleague Formula .

Point system
The points were awarded in all races according to the following scheme:

In addition, there was one bonus point each for pole position and the fastest race lap. While all vehicles were eligible for points in the Cup classification, only racing cars built between 2002 and 2004 received points in the Trophy classification. In the rookie classification, all drivers who are no more than 25 years old and who have taken part in a maximum of two events in an international Formula 3 series were entitled to points.
