The Gauliga mid 1944/45 was the twelfth and final season of the Gauliga Mitte as the top division of the Gau Mitte. Instead of the usual format of the national Gauliga , a kind of district league , divided into five districts of the region with a total of 33 participating clubs, staggered as follows: [ 1 ] Magdeburg-Schönebeck (10) - [ 2 ] Anhalt (8) - [ 3 ] Jahn (7) - [ 4 ] Koethen-Bernburg (6) - [ 5 ] Erfurt (2). However, the championship could no longer be ended because of the Second World War, which was now also being fought directly on German soil . Results and tables when the game is stopped are not known. Sources and documents from the relevant period are lost or cannot be found.
