Golf is a community in Palm Beach County in the US state of Florida with 252 inhabitants (as of 2010).

The community is located approximately 15 miles south of West Palm Beach .

Demographic data

According to the 2010 census, the then 252 inhabitants were distributed over 167 households. The population density was 114.5 inh / km². 99.6% of the population identified themselves as white and 0.4% as African American . 0.8% of the population was made up of Hispanics or Latinos .

In 2010 children under the age of 18 lived in 3.0% of all households and persons aged 65 and over lived in 80.7% of all households. 73.3% of households were family households (consisting of married couples with or without offspring or a parent with offspring). The average household size was 1.87 people and the average family size was 2.15 people.

4.0% of the population were younger than 20 years old, 4.0% were 20 to 39 years old, 11.6% were 40 to 59 years old, and 80.6% were at least 60 years old. The mean age was 72 years. 50.4% of the population were male and 49.6% were female.

The median annual income was $ 206,250, with no one living below the poverty line.

In 2000, English was the mother tongue of 100% of the population.
