Acacia Villas is directly adjacent to Palm Springs and is located approximately 10 km southwest of West Palm Beach . The CDP is affected by Florida State Road 809 .

Demographic data

According to the 2010 census, the then 427 inhabitants were distributed over 161 households. The population density was 2247.4 inh / km². 76.6% of the population identified themselves as whites , 10.5% as African American and 3.7% as Asian Americans . 6.8% said they belonged to another ethnic group and 2.3% to several ethnic groups. 63.2% of the population was Hispanic or Latino .

In 2010 children under 18 years of age and 15.9% of all households lived in 49.2% of all households with persons at least 65 years of age. 75.4% of households were family households (consisting of married couples with or without offspring or a parent with offspring). The average household size was 3.39 people and the average family size was 3.38 people.
