Stacey Street is directly adjacent to the city of Haverhill to the south and is approximately 3 miles southwest of West Palm Beach .

Demographic data

According to the 2010 census, the then 858 inhabitants were distributed over 201 households. The population density was 2860.0 inh / km². 25.2% of the population identified themselves as whites, 41.6% as African American , 1.3% as Indians and 0.6% as Asian Americans . 29.5% said they belonged to another ethnic group and 1.9% to several ethnic groups. 49.2% of the population were Hispanics or Latinos .

In 2010 children under the age of 18 lived in 68.1% of all households and persons aged 65 or over lived in 6.2% of all households. 83.8% of the households were family households (consisting of married couples with or without offspring or one parent with offspring). The average household size was 4.01 and the average family size was 4.09.

45.1% of the population were younger than 20 years old, 38.4% were 20 to 39 years old, 13.7% were 40 to 59 years old, and 2.8% were at least 60 years old. The mean age was 23 years. 49.7% of the population were male and 50.3% were female.

The median annual income was $ 45,089 with no one living below the poverty line.

In 2000, English was the first language of 52.89% of the population, 43.02% spoke Spanish and 4.09% spoke Haitian .
