Seminole Manor is a census-designated place (CDP) in Palm Beach County in the US state of Florida with a population of 2,621 (as of 2010).

The cities of Atlantis , Lake Worth and Lantana are in the immediate vicinity . The CDP is located approximately 10 km south of West Palm Beach . The closest airports are Palm Beach County Park Airport (national, 1 km away) and Palm Beach International Airport (10 km away).

Demographic data

According to the 2010 census, the then 2621 inhabitants were distributed over 930 households. The population density was 2382.7 inh / km². 61.8% of the population identified themselves as whites, 22.0% as African American , 2.2% as Indians and 1.0% as Asian Americans . 10.2% said they belonged to another ethnic group and 2.8% to several ethnic groups. 39.9% of the population were Hispanics or Latinos .

In 2010, children under the age of 18 and 27.6% of all households lived in 42.9% of all households with persons at least 65 years of age. 73.3% of households were family households (consisting of married couples with or without offspring or a parent with offspring). The average household size was 3.16 people and the average family size was 3.59 people.

33.4% of the population were younger than 20 years old, 25.0% were 20 to 39 years old, 25.0% were 40 to 59 years old, and 16.6% were at least 60 years old. The mean age was 34 years. 48.4% of the population were male and 51.6% were female.
