Kenwood Estates is directly adjacent to Greenacres to the west and is located approximately 15 km southwest of West Palm Beach . The CDP is affected by Florida State Road 809 .

Demographic data

According to the 2010 census, the then 1283 inhabitants were distributed over 284 households. The population density was 2618.4 inh / km². 62.2% of the population identified themselves as whites , 10.8% as African American , 1.0% as Indians and 3.7% as Asian Americans . 18.0% said they belonged to another ethnic group and 4.2% to several ethnic groups. 62.3% of the population was made up of Hispanics or Latinos .

In 2010 children under the age of 18 lived in 45.8% of all households and persons aged 65 and over lived in 16.9% of all households. 75.3% of the households were family households (consisting of married couples with or without offspring or one parent with offspring). The average household size was 3.23 people and the average family size was 3.54 people.
