Hölzleinsmühle (colloquially Heltlesmil ) is a district of the town of Windsbach in the district of Ansbach in Middle Franconia .

geography

The wilderness surrounded by forest lies on the Goldbach and the Rößigbächlein, which unite there to form the Hergersbächl, a left tributary of the Franconian Rezat . A community road crosses State Road 2220 to Wolfsau (1 km north).

history

In 1732 the place was mentioned in the Oberamtsbeschreibung of the Principality of Ansbach by Johann Georg Vetter as "an Oberamts-Windsbachische Mahlmühl parish after Windsbach". The name of the mill is probably derived from the surname of the first owner.

Towards the end of the 18th century, the Hölzleinsmühle belonged to Wolfsau . She had the Brandenburg-Ansbach caste office in Windsbach as landlord. Under the Prussian administration (1792–1806) of the Principality of Ansbach, the Hölzleinsmühle received the number 1 of Wolfsau when the house numbers were assigned. From 1797 to 1808 the place was under the Justice and Chamber Office Windsbach .

As part of the community edict, Hölzleinsmühle was assigned to the Mitteleschenbach tax district, which was formed in 1808 . It also belonged to the rural community of Mitteleschenbach, founded in 1810 . With the second community edict (1818), Hölzleinsmühle was re-incorporated into the newly formed rural community of Retzendorf . This was incorporated into the city of Windsbach on January 1, 1972 as part of the regional reform .
