Hültershagen is as part of the formerly independent municipality Frönsberg in North Rhine-Westphalia since 1 January 1975, a district of the town Hemer .

Hultershagen forms the southern edge of the former municipality of Frönsberg and thus borders the villages of Schwarzpaul and Heide , which before 1975 belonged to the municipality of Garbeck . Other neighboring settlements are Beckmerhagen , Ebberg and Heppingsen . Hultershagen is not far from the source of the Becksiepen brook , which flows into the Heppingser brook near Heppingsen .
