Tütebelle (also Tüttebelle ) has been part of the formerly independent municipality of Ihmert since January 1, 1975, a district of the town of Hemer in North Rhine-Westphalia . The settlement lies east of Diekgraben and Stemmessiepen along the L 683 between the northern Ihmert and Elfenfohren in the southeast.

The first mention of Tütebel as a district in the death register goes back to 1833. By 1885 the population of the settlement grew to ten residents. In the meantime, Tütebelle has been shaped by industry and includes the headquarters of a lighting manufacturer and the production site of a manufacturer of wire machines.
