The III. Constitutional Government of East Timor (III Constitutional Government) was the third government of East Timor since the independence of East Timor on May 20, 2002. Prime Minister Estanislau da Silva ruled from May 19 to August 8, 2007.

On May 19, 2007, José Ramos-Horta resigned as Prime Minister after winning the 2007 East Timor presidential election . On May 20, 2007 he was sworn in as president . He was followed by Estanislau da Silva from FRETILIN , who had previously been Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries . He held his office until the fourth government was sworn in after the parliamentary elections on June 30, 2007 .
Adaljíza Magno , Deputy Foreign Minister took over the post of Foreign Minister on a temporary basis .
