The Ironman Utah is a former triathlon -Sportveranstaltung about the Ironman as distance (3.86 km swim, 180.2 km cycling and 42.195 km running) in Provo in the US -Bundesstaat Utah .

This race was organized by the World Triathlon Corporation (WTC).

When it was first held on June 8, 2002, the swim had to be abandoned due to a storm in Utah Lake and one death occurred. The race was held as a duathlon on a shortened course (110 km cycling and 21.1 km running).

Then the triathlon was hosted on May 31, 2003 as Half-Ironman Utah and from 2004 there was no follow-up event in Provo.
