Jonathan Ayité (born July 21, 1985 in Bordeaux ) is a Togolese football player . His preferred position is the storm.

Career

society

Ayité began his career with the French fourth division club Stade Bordelais , for whom he played from 2004 to 2006. After playing one season for the second team of Girondins Bordeaux , he moved to Stade Brest , who played in Ligue 2 , in the summer of 2007 . In January 2009 Ayite moved to league rivals Olympique Nîmes, where he signed a contract until 2012. He moved back to Stade Brest in January 2011 and stayed there for three seasons.

In the summer of 2014 Ayité moved to the second Turkish league for promoted Alanyaspor . Here he was the top scorer in the TFF 1st Lig in the 2014/15 season with 19 goals. Here he and his team achieved the play-off victory of the TFF 1st Lig in the summer of 2016 and thus promotion to the Süper Lig , the first in the club's history.

After the first division promotion with Alanyaspor, Ayité remained behind the performances he had shown in the TFF 1. Lig. In the 2016/17 winter transfer period, he and his teammate Sezer Özmen moved to the second division club Yeni Malatyaspor .

National team

Ayité was part of the Togolese national soccer team for the 2010 African Cup of Nations . After an attack on the team bus, participation in the tournament was canceled.
