1969 European Judo Championships for men

The 1969 European Judo Championships for men took place in Ostend from May 15th to 18th . Fifteen years earlier, the third European Championships had already taken place in Brussels and thus also in Belgium.

The host country team won a bronze medal. No European champion from the previous year was able to successfully defend his title.
