European Women's Judo Championships 1981

The 1981 European Judo Championships for women took place in Madrid from March 27-29, 1981 .

The team from the host country won a bronze medal. Gerda Winklbauer won her fourth title in a row, Jocelyne Triadou and Barbara Claßen each her third title in this weight class, both of which had previously won titles in other weight classes.
