Neighboring municipalities of La Chapelle-Agnon are Saint-Gervais-sous-Meymont in the north, Marat in the northeast, Bertignat in the east and southeast, Grandval in the south, Saint-Amant-Roche-Savine in the southwest, Cunlhat in the west and Tours-sur-Meymont in the north-west.
