Églisolles is located about 60 kilometers south-east of Clermont-Ferrand in the Livradois-Forez Regional Nature Park . The Ance limits the community in the southeast. Neighboring municipalities of Églisolles are Grandrif in the north and north-west, Saint-Romain in the north and north-east, Saillant in the east and south-east, Viverols in the south, Saint-Just in the west and Baffie in the west and north-west.
