Neighboring municipalities of Medeyrolles are Saint-Just in the north, Viverols in the northeast, Sauvessanges in the east, Saint-Jean-d'Aubrigoux in the south, Dore-l'Église in the southwest, Arlanc in the west and Beurières in the northwest.
