The neighboring municipalities of Saint-Jean-d'Aubrigoux are Medeyrolles in the north, Sauvessanges in the east and northeast, Craponne-sur-Arzon in the south and east, Saint-Victor-sur-Arlanc in the south-west and Dore-l'Église in the west and north-west .
