Salettes is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Martin-de-Fugères and Alleyrac in the north, Présailles in the east and north-east, Issarlès in the east, Lafarre in the south, Vielprat in the south-west, Arlempdes in the west and Goudet in the north-west.
